Third party services

We provide services on request in cooperation with Third Party Company for specialized service which we do not have expertise to handle. Typical request is for crew manning, and agency services when required.  These services cover the assistance to arrange port formalities, charter handling, and coordination with all relevant authorities’ prior arrival into port and ensure smooth deliveries of all requests. Thus ensuring that vessel will call port with minimal time disruption so as to enable its capability to take on the next voyage. We will fully utilize our local knowledge to enhance our problem solving capabilities to ensure that there will be no wastage of charter timing.

These services are necessary considering the volume of vessels anchored at our anchorages including those just outside our port (outside port limit). Vessels in or outside port will need ancillary services such as those involved in crew changes, ship supply, repairs and maintenance and general agency work. The popularity of our ports and anchorages may also be due to its friendly government agencies with clear firm policies enhancing our competitive edge as a efficient port for cargo operations, bunkering and other services..

Globally, there are many ports around this region that will be able to provide supply services. It is important to have partners who can perform up to expectations whenever urgent requests come in. Therefore, we had identified reliable partners globally who can provide affiliated services for us globally. These affiliated companies are tested and services can be assured through the experience of dealing with them via our top management. Partners are available in China, Taiwan, Korea and Hong Kong.
