Procurement
Our services cover all ports in Singapore including anchorage or outside port limit (OPL) deliveries. In addition to the anchorages, OPL calls are also handled regularly whereby a vessel transiting the straits needing supplies, crew change, medical assistance etc deviates close from the traffic separation zones and is serviced from a supply boat while steaming off at slow speed. Speed usually maintained at 4-6 knots depending on quantity of supply. All coordination will be done with vessel command through communication via radio channel. No need for satellite communication which may not have clarity and cost efficiency. Special arrangement can also be arranged for neighboring ports. Deliveries globally can also be organized via container to any part of the world where shipping is convenient.
Our procurement method utilizes all editions of the ISSA and IMPA catalogues and have years of experience validating orders to find either the exact match or best possible substitute available minding both use, quality and price. We place high emphasis on executing orders immediately upon receipt, coordinating closely with agent and master, making preparation of all requests to ensure timely deliveries on board vessels. Time required to answer all enquires will be kept to a minimum considering the urgency of our business requirement. All requests will be treated with utmost care and attention at all times. All cost-effective method will be applied taking into consideration the interest of all our customers.

Today, one of the main concerns for any service company is credit control. Ships’ suppliers are in a unique position at the front end in that they are often asked to fund purchases and other services, including “cash to master” which can be of a substantial amount each ship call. Although credit terms are offered to established clients, however, any new customers may be asked to fund our supplies up front. All arrangements are to be discussed on an agreed terms and conditions amicably.

The shipyards selected will be under your perusal and all Superintendent-approved repair instructions channeled through our local engineer, saving you significant painstaking workloads and stressful communication.
Technical aspects of repair and maintenance can also be wholly undertaken by us, with option of your Superintendant assuming supervisory role during this period of service. In addition, we have well-qualified engineers with many years of ship-repairing experience available to assist in shipyard to ensure jobs are done right, on time and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

We will be able to deliver jobs within reasonable timing given for such specialized jobs without compromising quality of our finished jobs. All newly fabricated or newly refurbished products will undergo stringent quality tests such as careful visual inspection, pressure, hardness tests to ensure compliance with class requirement. Additional class approval can be conducted under supervision from relevant classification societies. We also ensure that high quality raw materials are used in compliance with our standards.
